The Energetics of Exhaustion

This webinar replay is offered on a sliding scale of $33 - $77

This is a webinar for everyone experiencing Soul Exhaustion due to Systemic Exploitation.

This is a webinar for all of us who are helpers and vicariously absorb collective pain.

This is a webinar for the teachers, front line activists, behavioral health workers who are constantly assessing, holding & creating places of trauma-conscious access.

This is a webinar to help us all understand how we somatically and energetically feel the weight of the impact before our minds catch up- and how we start to unfurl and engage in life despite the intensity.

What if you could learn how to maintain boundaries that are healthy for you by tuning into your ancestor’s wisdom?

This webinar replay is offered on a sliding scale of $33 - $77

The sliding scale pricing of this webinar replay is intended to be a map, inviting each of us to take inventory of our financial resources and look deeper at our levels of privilege. It is a way to challenge the classist and capitalist society we live in and work towards economic justice on a local level. While I ask you to take these factors into consideration, please don’t stress about it. Pay what feels right.

Consider Paying Less If You:
⫸ are supporting children or have other dependents
⫸ have significant debt
⫸ have medical expenses not covered by insurance
⫸ receive public assistance
⫸ have immigration-related expenses
⫸ are an elder with limited financial support
⫸ are an unpaid community organizer
⫸ are a returning citizen who has been denied work due to incarceration history

Consider Paying More If You:
⫸ own the home you live in
⫸ have investments, retirement accounts, or inherited money
⫸ travel recreationally
⫸ have access to family money and resources in times of need
⫸ work part-time by choice
⫸ have a relatively high degree of earning power due to level of education (or gender and racial privilege, class background, etc.) Even if you are not currently exercising your earning power, I ask you to recognize this as a choice.

Please be mindful that if you purchase a price at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher ticket prices, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility.

Being honest with yourself and your financial situation when engaging with sliding scale practices grows strong and sustainable communities. It also respects the work of teachers and creators, like me, who have families to support and rent to pay. Additionally, when I am paid fairly, I am able to invest more time and resources to free and lower-cost offerings.
